By accessing osbrainfoundation.org (the "Site") operated by Somnia Osbrain Foundation LBG ("Foundation", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. About the Site

The Site provides information about our mission, programmes, stories, and ways to support our work in Ghana. Content is for general information only and does not constitute legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

3. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, text, graphics, photographs, logos (including the Somnia Osbrain Foundation mark), layout, and other materials on the Site are owned by or licensed to the Foundation. You may view and share links for personal, non-commercial, or educational purposes with attribution. You may not copy, sell, modify, or exploit our content or branding without prior written permission.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to admin areas, servers, or data
• Transmit malware or overload our systems
• Scrape or harvest data in a way that harms the Site or privacy of others
• Misrepresent affiliation with the Foundation

5. Donations

Donations may be processed through third-party platforms (such as GlobalGiving) or payment providers. Those transactions are subject to the third party's terms and privacy practices. We do not guarantee specific programme outcomes from any donation. Receipts and tax treatment depend on applicable law and the processor used.

6. User submissions

If you submit information via forms (contact, volunteer, partner), you confirm the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to send it. You grant us permission to use the submission to respond and administer our programmes. Do not submit confidential data of third parties without authority.

7. Third-party links

The Site may link to external websites (including social media and donation platforms). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Visiting third-party sites is at your own risk.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by Ghanaian law, the Foundation and its officers, staff, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Courts in Ghana shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Site, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. The "Last updated" date will change accordingly. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
