Hon. Amanor David Narh, former Speaker of Parliament at Ho Technical University and a member of Osbrain Cares Foundation, spoke with residents of Hlefi-Bakpe about re-establishing community discipline.
He described discipline as a guide for a productive life, and warned that its decline at home and in the community leaves young people without the skills to face serious challenges or to pass values on. He asked chiefs and elders to reintroduce discipline focused on moral development rather than fear.
